Review of my LG XL Front Load Washer

We have this washer and matching dryer.They are awesome our water bill is half of what it used to be and the dryer takes half as long to dry so it cuts on the electric also. It gets our clothes very clean and with fewer loads. 5 stars

I HATE my front load washer with the white hot intensity of a thousand suns. I am returning it today. It does NOT get clothes clean and takes WAY too long per cycle. The door can't be left open to prevent the stinky smell. The after wash wipe down is not sufficient to prevent the smell. I was not told that the machine should sit on a concrete floor to prevent excessive vibration and that is not an option at my house.
