the hunter is a great class for cc and dps... problem is there are too many noobs who think its ok to pull as a hunter in dungeons not realizing it makes things at times harder for tanks to do thier job effectively.. then there are the classic noob fails of leaving pet growl on or not turning off agressive.. there are numerous things that noobs do with hunters that give them a bad name... do i hate hunters ??? no.. i just dislike those who fail to learn the full potential of the hunter..

As we got icc on farm and pretty much all the BiS gear I wanted to try icc as BM and it worked out alright and with icc buff now effecting pets well it can be viable if your RaidLeader allows it but dont expect to break the dps meters i only did it for fun and wanted to see how BM scales with icc buff

@kiral1998 if u wanted close range attacks make a warrior or rouge, their is about a 2x dps different from ranged and melee, because of skills, and bow mastery alone, i had a serpent till like level 60 , then i got a devilisaur at level 60. serpents are descent armor, high dps, and pretty good hp, while devilisaurs are really good armor, really good dps, and pretty good hp, i like them better than bears and bores for tanking because of their armor

@andreacassar all classes have the same abilities between themselves...so tauren hunters have the same skills as night elf hunters...what differs is racial traits(each race has something specific to it).tauren have 5% more hp, alchemy bonus and some other stuff whilst nelfs have shadowmeld(a minor stealth form),nature resistance and other

i always have aspect of the dragon hawk up. i only use aspect of the viper when im low on mana. dps is way higher on hawk. u loose half your dps when viper is up. if im solo i have a tanking pet with me to hold aggro since my dps is too high for a ferocity pet. definitely have true shot up all the time though, that is true.

Yumtoast, Bakc during BC Aspect of the Viper was what you used back then.. Back during BC it did not reduce your Damage by 50% yet still restored your mana.. THe Damage reduction was introducted with the WotLK Expansion.

@DRUIDROCKS - Back in BC aspects cost mana to activate. Viper at the time gave less mana back than it does now, and it also didn't encure a damage reduction penalty. It was more beneficial to stay in vipor than to keep hawk up. Now I understand that to some people ignorance is bliss but I highly doubt you even bothered to look at the date this video was posted. Please look farther than your own nose next time you critisize somebody about a topic you know nothing about.
