im good with all of the controllers but the wiimote is my favorite because its simple not like the classic controller id use the classic controller if you could move with the D-Pad The Nunchuck Is kinda Hard Since Im Left Handed i like the gamecube controller Because its the same as melee i pwned in melee kinda tho its kinda cool but my favorite is the wiimote i can use all of them but i pwn with the gamecube but it disconnects the wii and makes it hella hot id turn it of any help please reply!!

Seriously, though, that's weird. I play Brawl with a GCN controller almost all the time, and my system doesn't overheat. You may wanna drop Nintendo tech support an email, cuz that sounds like it could be a system defect. You haven't modded your system or anything, have you?

@stunt911 I like the wiimote too, but with the nunchuck. (alone doesn't allow you to do much.) it makes it really easy to DACUS

While the stage builder is excellent I hope they make an improvement with it. More backgrounds,options,etc. Perhaps a Super Large stage lol.

I dunno, I've adapted pretty well to the Wiimote, actually. I've got a custom setup that works really well. :)

The Gamecube controller is probably the overall best, though. However, I find the Wiimote to be a pretty good alternative.

Game cube and Nunchuck with all defaults are the only ways I know how to play. But I'm pretty darn good with them, especially as Sonic and Ike.

What I really hate about custom stages is that CPUs are complete idiots unless the stage is really simple.

Actually, I think I may have just found out how the AI works in Brawl. A computer controlled character will try to get to you in the quickest way possible, which, during custom stage matches, can cause it to try and walk through solid walls. It eventually realizes the mistake, but it takes a few seconds. Custom stages are really best played with other human players. The actual stages in brawl are designed with the AI algorithms in mind, but sometimes they'll still be idiots with final smashes.

I believe it comes with the Luigi's Mansion stage, which is unlocked after you play as Luigi 5 times. Complete classic mode once to unlock Luigi or get him in the Subspace Emmisionary.

You actually get Luigi's Mansion from playing him three times, not five. But the other things are correct.

I actually updated the Recognizer stage. It now takes up less space and plays the "Boss Battle 2" Music (where you fight Tabuu, who looks like TRON). I'll try to make my retro gaming stages availible for download soon, so you can play them without having to go through that annoying reconstruction process.. ;)
