  • Ah thanks, a man with a soul.

  • so many pms symptoms are very very similar to that of pregnancy, how can you tell the difference without taking a pregnancy test?

  • You can't be sure and since the home pregnancy test are so easy that would be the best way.

  • Useful infos, thanks.

I think that we can kinda regulate the hormonal system by food and other nutritional non abusive things, like calcium, magnesium, etc

  • Progesterone is not for everyone, it is always best to check with you doctor before using anything for a medical condition.

  • Does the symptoms of PMS differ from woman-to-woman? My symptoms are different everytime I have my period (and my cycles are irregular).

  • Yes, the symptoms of pms are numerous and don't always manifest in the same combination every month. Its is not uncommon to experience different symptoms in varying degrees of intensity in different months. You should try taking a multi vitamin along with a progrestrone cream as this has brought relief to many

  • i hope your right thanks a lot :)

  • Do you think my age ( 14 almost 15) has anything to do with my bad cramps ? like will it change as i grow older ? PLZ HELP !

Its really hard to deal with this at school !

  • Chances are very good that these issues will improve as you grow older.

  • I'm 14 and have really really bad cramps.

I've tried many pills such as midol, anaprox... and others.... they all don't seem to do the trick.

I've tried taking a bath, heat pad, all this can help temporaraly but it dosen't really last very long.

I was wondering if you had any quick suggestions to help me !! Thanks :)

  • can guys get pre menstrual syndrome?

  • Men can certainly get what is called male menopause, now called Anropause. As far as male PMS, yes many men suffer from cycled mood swings thought to be linked to hormone imbalances. There is still research going on in this area. How old are you??

  • 15, why?

  • Contact me anytime at 1-888-454-8464.

  • every time i go through this, i curse it,lol. i feel literally poisoned. it totally takes over my digestive system(which is already very sensitive). my little sister has it just like me: severe pain(accompanied with gagging/vomiting)it's a nightmare. i think i need a nutritional plan to take control of this. the mood swings i can curb that, but not the pain and nausea, i just let it run it's awful course. i'm almost looking forward to menopause, lol.

  • Your symptoms can be baused by several changes in your body chemistry. We would need to know more about your symptoms and your lifestyle, etc. If you are interested in pursuing this, please feel free to contact our offices at 1-888-454-8464. Thanks.

  • you just dont get the hell pms truly is :( you can talk about it, but being a man you are one lucky being. i stopped eating meat for a few months last year....pms was gone! i started eating it again (supposedly free range and hormone free) and all my symptoms came back....im cutting out meat permanately this time.

  • hi sir...can u tell me how progesterone is related to pregnancy...please and thank u

  • Progesterone hormone elevates in anticipation of pregnancy during every monthly cycle. Progesterone and other hormones change both in amounts and in ratios during pregnancy.
