I remember this cartoon, but its Italian introduction was different. There were the main characters talking and introducing themselves, and Chip said he could do something in a certain number of nanoseconds. I remember it because it was the first time I heard the word "nanoseconds". Was that introduction ever broadcast anywhere else?
This is driving me crazy. I'm not sure whether it was telebugs or not but there was a kids program on around the same time as this which had a giant black crystal-like computer as the main villian which kept hypnotyzing kids at a funfair so they could work at computer terminals (for some reason). It might have been a single episode or a full series of something. Anybody?

@Dakatt1 - sounds like Telebugs. The computer was called 'Angel Brain' if I remember correctly.
