Because, the content that are IN " The Sims 3 " when you buy it is created by someone yes? It would help if the people who create the content are experts withing, arcitechture, design, compatible enviroments etc. so having 12 yr old kids creating the content would be bad, really bad. These people generally know what they are doing, and i bet they spent a nice budgetchunk just to get the top-canidates there to help them create content, families and households!
