I think it is Harry Nilssons version of the song Everybody's Talkin in this episode of Seinfeld because part of the episode was about George owning John Voughts car and he kept singing the song when he was driving. Which, of course, makes perfect sense because the rest of this episode was about how George thought he bought Jon Voight's car. Earlier in the episode George sings to himself, "Everybody's talkin' at me...can't hear a word they're sayin'. Drivin' around in Jon Voight's car." Classic.
