wow, so they thought you were some schmuck, they thought of buying your art, and instead of blasting them right there, you acted and told them to send you the message they "Devised" with their ad-agency. Then you punk'd them with your own message that totally deflated the "Devised" message they wanted you to "Paste". AWesOme job man, those fools though you are some glue pasting guy. Now what do they think? Ahahah now they'll send the overpaid ad agency suit dogs to do the pasting themselves.

Everybody should care about the rain forest, but placing the blame on chevron for whats been happening in Ecuador is completely wrong. If you research the relationship between Texaco and Petroecuador (the state run oil company) you soon realize it was Texaco that did its part to clean up the mess, while the Ecuadorian government continued to rape its own land and poison its own people. Protecting the rain forest and the people of Ecuador is a worthwhile cause, but your blaming the wrong people.

Joell5678, like Chevron, seems to have totally missed the point that this guy is not in "the marketing field". He's an artist. They tried to co-opt his work and buy him out. It backfired. Boo-f'ing-hoo.

Chevron may think we're stupid, but the fact that The Yes Men and many, many others were able to sabotage their ad campaign this easily pretty much proves that they (or at least, the folks in "the marketing field" they paid to make them look all authentic and compassionate and in touch) are.
