  • Awesome, thanks for this!

    I FEEL LIKE A HERO AGAIN :D

  • dude, none of the links are working!!! :-(

  • i got a boner

  • ahh... another great GB theme, after tetris theme

    nice!

btw, the download link for the song for mirror 1 is not working... (T_T)

  • well, the second one still works. But thanks for telling me, reuploaded Mirror #1.

sidenote, I'd be grateful if you'd watch one of the two gameplay video series, preferrably the second run, because I finish the game there :3

  • Bomb Jack, I reconize this game and love it.

I bought a gameboy in Turkey which contained 28 games, Bomb Jack was one of them, I played it everday till we got home and losted ^^"

The Mario game on there was amazing. Mario Land 7 it was called, we also bought Pokemon Green XD

  • Ha, same here, Turkey and all.

My cartrage had 32 games, only 8 were actual games the others were just those 8 duplicated 4 times and re-named.

But I will always remember Bombjack / Bomb Boy / Bomb baby / Demolition Kid for it's opening theme, and that bastard bird.

  • Did you have that Mario game in?

  • the question would be, which one?

  • Well, the Mario Game I'm talking about was called Mario land seven, it was incredibly different to a normal Mario game, you had to find eggs in the level and in the eggs would be a weapon to use, axes or boomerangs. Goombas wern't always angry and walked slower than a snail and a turtle combined. JUmp on something and you die, no originoal music either, in this descripstion I guess you could call it SMB2... but it's nothing like it.

  • Sounds like a hack of one of the Adventure Island games.

  • (The Adventure Island comment was in response to the person who mentioned the Mario game with weapons hidden in eggs. Not regarding Bomb Jack. YouTube's comment threading is weird.)

  • Fair enough, I'll look at the adventure island thing and see if they look alike.

  • Well I looked, and it's scary how a like they are, a lot of the sprites are EXACTLY the same, so yeah I'm guessing it's a hack of Advenutre Island.

  • the best gameboy theme ever

2 is champions theme on pokemon yellow

and on third place is lucky lukes main theme

  • Such great music, probably the best to hit the Game Boy.

  • most awesome 8-bit music EVAR!!

  • agreed.

  • oh, and thanks for the download link! =3

  • no problem, by the way, Part 1/2 and 2/2 are gameplay videos up to level 49, if you didn't watch them ~

  • ok, i'll watch them.

by the way, isn't there a similiar game but in, like, scrolling platform of bomb jack? i remember it, but i can't remember the name. it were awesome. but this one's music is better

  • you probably mean "Mighty Bomb Jack" for the NES...

    /watch?v=T-pilNXqb_A

    never played it, though.

  • o thxs again. do you know bunchie? imma making a game of him and... i needed some 8-bit music... can i use this 1??

  • bunchie? dunno.

I do not own the music played here, Alberto Jose Gonzalez was the guy who composed the song, so it's probably not up to me if you can use it or not.

I'd say, sure, use it, the DL link is in the description. But make sure to copy the credits part so nobody whines about it not being yours..

And I'd suggest you put the song source (Bomb Jack) into the description, people tend to ask for such things, I think... or you post it as a response so they can find more information here...

  • aaaaa problem ahead....

imma using songs only from a free audio site...
