i had the pleasure of seeing ms. beth and her husband in ga in like 05-06, gary was a disappointment at the time, but beth was great. i'd love to have gotten to see them again, but that won't happen. :-(

The coughing is crazy! People pay to get to see a good performance, then they act like nothing is happening! Shit to them, but they destroy the concentration of the artist! Why bother doing it to anybody anymore! This, by the way, was beutyful!

exactly!!! i've noticed that too and not just in the POTO clips but every time i go to the opera, a lot of people feel the uncontrollable need to cough!!! it's unbelievable!!!

I usually find this particular scene kind of boring because the Christine's I've seen just don't put emotion into it. But Beth... gosh, she makes this scene heartbreaking, which is what was originally intended.
