The Focus/blurring effect is shallow depth of field. You can achieve that off any video camcorder if you have a 35mm adapter and a lens like a 50mm lens or better. For my video, I invested in the 5d Mark ii from canon using an 85mm Adapter. As soon as youtube is done with its HD processing, you will better results.
