@aqtmeto I usually stretch before session and workout when I don't have practice. Anther thing you can do is stretch when you wake u and workout before bed at like 8 to 8:30
@segasaturnsan This is what my friend who is a body builder said: Yes you should always stretch before and after its never bad to stretch, dont workout to close to bed and dont eat your body is in rest mode and recover mode at night so stop everything after 9 at the most. 8 or 8:30 is a good time to start slowing down and then having nothing after 9 save for carbs.
