  • @HumbleOtaku Yay! :D

  • thank you sooo much this is easy to remember AND fun to make =D

  • @missunstoppable1000 I'm glad you like it! Thanks for watching! :)

  • I don't think it was 1000 stars I think it was if you fill a jar or box with stars

  • @EthanStrummer Haha I have no idea. There are legends that say 100 stars, 1000 stars or enough stars to fill a container you plan to put it in. The one I first heard of was the one with 1000 stars.

  • thanks! this helped alot :)

  • @KkabMin No problem! :D

  • @stevensama88 Whatever you want. You can put then in jars, string them up, give them away as presents...

  • You have absolutely no idea how much this helped me. I was going off of one of those origami explaining sites, UGH, that was frustrated. This worked SO much better.

  • @FallenRomanze7 That's awesome! :D Glad this helped you.

  • Could you please tell me how to make that star 25x bigger?! Please respond, thanks!!!!!!

  • @FirstCrush218Heart Wider strips of paper, perhaps even longer seeing how you want it 25 times bigger. However, I don't really suggest this particular origami star to be so big because it doesn't look that great enlarged.

  • @Sw33tPandaZ What origami would you suggest for a teacher?

  • @FirstCrush218Heart Some type of flower origami, the one I'd suggest is the iris.

  • Wow, that was so much easier than I could have imagined. Also, nice tutorial~! Thank you for making it. <3

  • @haruOMFG Sure thing, thanks for watching!

  • Ok. But it's ok

  • I need help.

  • @khmer12341 I'm sorry, this video is as helpful as I can get. Try viewing the other star origami tutorial, they might be better at explaining than I am :)

  • Thanks

  • @khmer12341 No problem!

  • This was helpful thank you.

  • @stringbing12 No problem :D

  • this needs subtitles, my speakers suck :(

  • @Schmoal Sorry, I don't even have this video on my computer anymore (it was done for a class)

  • could you please give me an example of where to buy the paper strips online? I have no look clue where to buy themmm

  • @Ny0bzoo Since youtube things I'm a spammer when I post the link, you gotta do this manually: go to amazon.com, paste "Return to product information

Lake City Craft Quilling Paper 1/8-Inch 100-Pack, 25 Colors " into the search engine, click go, and then click on the "11 new from $1.95" to check out the best prices. OR you could just type "origami star paper" into the search engine. G'luck.

  • You make the pinching part look so easy!

  • @MelodicStraw Haha that's because I learned when I was 10, that was 9 years ago! It should be easy by now xP

  • easy.... *cough* yea i got a problem with that .... :c

  • @autulicious Aww :(

  • Is rapping paper good?

  • @dalmation1999 wrapping paper is fine, just remember to cut it up to small thin strips of paper!

  • Mine got distorced when I do the last step. A good tutorial, thanks.

  • @RichardMechatronics Haha it takes practice :D I remember squishing them when I first started out too!

  • super helpful but i wish it was louder XD

  • dude why are they so tiny ?>.<

My friend made me like 3 bunch and they were bigger than that .

no offense i love this .

    im just curious

  • @misschubbybunny06 The size of the stars depend on the width of the paper, the bigger the width, the bigger the star.

    Thanks!

  • thank you for this!!!!!

  • @ladylibra011 no problem!

  • Thanks so much! I'm doing oragami today to honor my aunt. She was Japanese and when she passed she gave me her Oragami paper and books. Today is her birthday so I wanted to try these stars (I'm tired of lilies lol)

Mine still look a bit strange lol.

  • @Sw33tPandaZ LOL no you dont! you did sound young, like 14 but I like your voice a lot!!! I cant get that paper in michigan so I have to order offline lol shipping is six bucks sooo annoying lol

  • @Mangaluver4evxoxo $6 for paper is not worth it. I get it for like 1 or 2.

  • @TheJuicyfroot

On amazon, ebay, hello kitty stores.

  • ughh. this is so simple! but why can't i do it?!! T_T

  • Hooray! I just made my first origami star! It's SO cute! Thanks a lot for the instructions!

  • @SchoolyardKiller Aww, you're welcome! :D

  • The way you explain how to make them make it so much easier!!!

  • @candyfreek250 Aww, glad it helped! :D

  • wow this is so cool!

  • i made about a ton of these things when i was little... my mom kept buying me those little kits, never got bored with them. it got to the point where i had them lying on every surface of my room, there were jars of them, there were drawers stuffed with them... it was crazy :)

  • I tried using loose leaf paper and I couldn't puff it up because it was so thick.

  • @candyfreek250 Really? Usually I find it easier to puff up when it's thick o.0;;

  • @Sw33tPandaZ I just find it harder to puff up because it's so hard.

    Maybe I'm just a weakling :D

  • @candyfreek250 i agree. i can get the tieing and the folding parts so easily but its just the puffing up part i can't get. it looks so perfect then when i try to make it into a star, it looks like some deformed looking shape.. lmfao

  • i kant do it!!!!!

  • @JonasBrosPeeps Just keep on trying :D it takes time to get used to.
