the wish that you are taking about is about the origami cranes not stars if one makes 1000 origami cranes then one can make a wish. this wish was made popular by the book "Sadako and the thousand paper cranes" which is a very good read that i would suggest to anyone!!!

@FirstCrush218Heart Wider strips of paper, perhaps even longer seeing how you want it 25 times bigger. However, I don't really suggest this particular origami star to be so big because it doesn't look that great enlarged.
