Sorry about the video quality, I was hand holding the camera because I couldn't find my tripod. Also I had a cheap video camera for $100.00 at Wal-mart. I'm planning on getting a better camera in the near future.
The reason why I didn't use the original 45 adapter was because I had a BSR record changer that I bought at a flea-market for $5.00 which never had a 45 adapter (I don't have that BSR changer anymore, my dad has it now). I still have this Panasonic changer, but also have a Teac 3 speed turntable stereo system (but it needs a new drive belt on the turntable before it will work right).
Oh , buy the way use the 45 adaptor that came with the changer . your turntable is Manufactured by BSR Turntables in england back in the 1970's . you can get the oem changer 45 adaptor for it on the internet . you need the changer number for it under its side .
I saw one of these in Caldor's when I was a kid. Couldn't believe they put a cast aluminum (albeit small) platter on such a small, inexpensive changer. I love the way they put it onto a big wood base to avoid the "mini-changer" stigma. It was also one of the last changers you could buy that could intermix 10" and 12" records.
The turntable and mechanisem look just like my grandpa's record player, except his has a different cabinet and is in not as good condition as yours.

Those mini-changers are very neat! Check out my Soundesign stereo system from the 70's. It's a mini changer too.
