the thing is that you can download the minis on psp 1000-3000 without needing a big memory stick.if you add internet capabilities, it would add a lot more memory...just my thought of the reason for that

as far as I see psp lack network abilitys from the start just look at all the DS games alot of they have online play but on the psp only a few thats just one reason I hate sony they should make a server like nitendo that hadels all online play and have online play on more games

They're called minis for a reason genius. They are games that are made available for cheap, testing and including online multiplayer would cause the game to increase in price. You see how pissed people are at the price of Tetris, if it had online multiplayer, it could have easily been posted for $14.99 instead of the $9.99 it's going for now. Use your head man.

These minis are going to compete with iPhone/iPod Touch games which have network capability. They are competitively priced around $10 as well. I do use my head, and you can stop with the snide remarks.

You confuse Sony's competition of the iPhone/iPod Touch with dominance, Sony learned it's leason when they made the claim the PSP would be an iPod killer in the first place. They're not looking to take over the maket of "mini" games I guess you could call it, they just want a piece of the pie. They cant do that if they are charging $9.99 at least, for every mini with online multiplayer. People are passing up Tetris, a great game, because of the $9.99 price tag.

No network play? Waah. I never play network with any of my PSP games and I love it. The entire PSP's online capabilities are kind of broken. They work, but not easily.

I'm planning on getting a PSP Go. Main reasons being that the UMD is a battery-sucking whore, 32 total gigs of internal space is sweet, and I have many PS1 and PSP games downloaded on my PS3 from the PSN store.

It does. It comes with a default 16 gigs of flash memory, but you can upgrade with a memory stick micro (16 gigs) adding up to another 32 gigs. So, 16 + 16 = 32. :P

SanDisk 16GB Memory Stick Pro Duo. Google that. It comes in at about 80 bucks on Amazon. If you buy it used it's even cheaper- I got a 16 gig for about 65 used, I think.

You don't have to get 16, though. You could get 8 or so, there are all sorts of smaller amounts.

Ya, but the psp 2000 is still better the psp mini is just not right to hold to its to tiny and the psp thoughts of having games sold online makes the market doesent wanna sell it couse the stores want to earn money for the games for psp so the mini were a fail.

The psp mini titles seem terrible they have a data limit too we won't see any innovation in these games because of the limitations.

I didn't like the go because of lack of UMD drive but this is less incitive to go d/load only.

This was a real oversight by Sony in terms of the fact that they failed to consider their target demographic. I did not know about the PSP Mini before but it looks like nothing more than a new piece of gadgetry.
