Guys we will take back the house and senate. Harry Reed's approval rating is 8, and Palosi's is 11. We'l have the power to overide Obama. And if we can get 40 states to challenge federal law you have a Constitutional majority. This kicks it up to the top courts. States can declare their soverignty like with affirmative action. We wil win.

Well, unfortunately, you can count California out of the Majority affirmative action. Our beloved governor (Arnie) won't allow us to separate. He'll be running our state to the front of the line for socialism.
So, I support all the states in this action and Pray we will have it. Only thing is, don't forget obama brought Sotomayor on board in the Supreme Court. She's on HIS side, not ours.

You have to remember we remember we cannot vote for the republicans. They have been the problem with the democrats for the last 100 years. Sorry I like her and have been to her rallies but we cannot support the 2 party system. It just leads to corruption. Come on man and Michele get away from them and be a libertarian. I know you are at heart. I don't mean the party, I mean the way of life.

If you vote 3rd party you'll only make the dems win again. Don't vote on party. Vote on individual values and principals, their past, did they flip flop, or did they have a change of heart. Pay attention to how they say things and not specifically what they say. @SDNihil1 We have to get away from that mindset. 300 million people cannot be forced into 2 groups. I think there should be at least 10 major parties. Don't enable the system. The republicans are corrupt and you know it. Stand up and make a difference

@Dreadmore so you didn't read what I wrote. I said don't vote for a party. I said vote for a libertarian, not the party, the mindset of the person. I am a libertarian but refuse to join the party. We need to vote for people who believe in freedom. And that my friend is somebody who believes in limited small government. That is a libertarian.

Its not going to get repealed until big o is out of office. They won't have the 2/3 votes to get him out in the senate before that.
Its unlikely the supreme court will overturn it too. They wouldn't know the constitution if it slapped it upside the head.
