is there any way that I can use the artichoke and make something out of it to put on my face? Im 31 yrs old and after all these years, I barely started to breakout all around my cheeks:(
Is it good for specifically acne? And how often would you say to have this? I want to try it, but I don't want to have it often, because I'm not a fan of hot beverages, and I'm scared that it will taste funny when cold, lol. So I'm wondering what would be a good regular basis for this for someone who doesn't want to have it often, but still maintain the healthy skin at all times. If you could respond to this, then that would be great! :)
Hello! Thanks a lot for this useful video. By the way, I notice a lot of people keep on talking about Kinovelax Diet Plan (just google it), but I'm not sure if it's good. Have you considered Kinovelax Diet Plan? I have heard several incredible things about it and my friend lost a ton of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me :(

Can the artichoke tea be stored for later consumption, or does it have to be consumed within the day? All your videos are so fun to watch and useful by the way ^-^
Omg that evil thing I saw at the supermarket. Long story short, my dad wanted me to go buy one of those for him and the evil thing gave me a splinter (the pointy part).
Ok, I tried this today. All the water turned to vapor and when I went to reduce the heat there was maybe 2 cups of water left in the pan... how can I avoid this next time? What did I do wrong?
my mom makes that at home for us too! it's awesome. Definitely great to drink when it's cold. My mom sometimes add apples for a different flavor. Either way.. it's good, and really good for you. She told me back when she was younger, she had a lot of acne, and my grandma made her drink it all the time, and it really helped her skin.
what video editor?!?! please dont say imovie, vegas 10, or wmm! haha I need a good one like yours!! if you say one of those three, i might just scream!! xD
if you boil it with a bit less water and you drink a small glass of the water in the morning and night everyday you lose weight and it really does work!!
haha this is such a vietnamese drink <3 my folks used to make this for me all the time. I never notice any skin improvements but it is pretty tasty and cooling
Hi Dear, since you're making a nutritious drink out of artichoke & honey, get the most out of it by letting the mixture cool down before adding in the honey & not using a metal spoon to scoop out honey (as you will end up destroying the enzymes in the honey)...
Hey Sammy, what do you do with the artichoke after? I wanna try this but my family and I don't eat artichoke. I don't want to waste it though by throwing it out. >_<
For some reason I've found it really common for Asians to use a cleaver(the really big knife that is usually used for cutting bones) to cut veggies that could be cut with a normal chef's knife.....Interesting
@JayFresh93x its just that most asian people dont think its necessary to have a zillion different size of knives when it all comes back to be for the same purpose : to cut.
I love eating artichokes, both hot and cold. However, this is the first time I've heard about an artichoke drink. It sounds interesting, so I think I'll give it a try. :)
Hey girl! I just wanted to say that I've been drinking artichoke drink for the past 10 years and I love it! Whenever I do it, I use 2 artichokes and a carrot. You're right it's super refreshing when it's cold! :D
@TiffwithLove interesting =) so you throw in the carrot with the artichokes at the same time? And do you also boil it for such a long time? Thx for responding :)
@LiesbethMicha well maybe i should clarify... i've been doing it a lot of times so i kind of found the best way to do it. let the water boil up, put in all the ingredients, and let it bring up back to a boil.. when it does turn the heat all the way down low and let it simmer for 2 hours. you don't want to keep it boiling for too long bc the drink will evaporate. for those asking how it tastes.. it tastes like a really light tea not bitter nor sweet. hope that helps!
