They're big!! I was surprised at just how large buffalo are... there's a buffalo ranch up in Pa. where I'm from... I never got close at Yellowstone, so it was a shock to me at just how big they were. I loved them... rather majestic creatures!

@delpoz12 Wow... my people survived by the sacrifice of the Buffalo... we used every single part of the Animal... and we gave thanks for His sacrifice so that we might live... killing those sacred Animals off was one of the ways the Whites used to destroy us and our culture. Both the Indian and the Buffalo had to be sacrificed so that we can have skyscrapers and automobiles... and all the "luxuries" of "civilization"...

I would hope otherwise... we welcomed the white man... we helped him survive in the beginning.... lot of thanks we got... speaking of thanks... the first thanksgiving, after all had feasted and given thanks for all the Indians had done and the bounty that would see them through another winter... those grateful whitemen went out before dawn and massacred those peaceful Indians who taught them how to survive in a new and strange land. That's in public record...
