I've been on both Carnival and Norwegian ships, Carnival (Legend, now Freedom) Norwegian (Pearl) it's hard to compare some cruise ships because it depends what ship you're on. I wasn't very satisfied on the Carnival Legend, but everything was great with the Norwegian Pearl (Mainly because of the large sports deck.)

@zFamas44 ----- Many of the Carnival Ships have the option of opening or removing the balcony dividers to open up more space. Is that option available on norwegian?

@crisperjr I'm not sure, when I was on Norwegian I had an obstructed view room, and not a balcony room. But I had an extended balcony on Carnival.

This person is doing like duskbatrabbit does when he do cruise videos : morning , everyone else in port of call , when there is not alot guests around

That's a valid point. I've sailed both Carnival & RCL, and love the RCL ships. But why oh why are they so much more costly than Carnival?

I just want to enjoy my balcony, be waited on in the dining room, and enjoy cruising.

carnivals decor is ugly way to cheap for my taste. i prefer RCI
