No, you need to download an N64 emulator and Toads Tool 64 and Mario 64 ROM extender (need to extend ROM before using it on TT64)

TT64 has a problem. You can't actually CREATE any objects. That is the major problem with Toad's Tool.

Other than that, it's pretty good.

You should make it so you can click on the object you want to move. Also, you should make it so you can resize the objects. One more thing, in your most recent ToadsTool64 (the 0.9.8 one), my FlatWorld one doesn't work, and neither does the Luigi polygon, do you know why?

Ehm...

You can click on obects to select them. Just make sure you clicked on the "Select Object" mode button.

Resizing objects in SM64 is not a simple task, because not all objects include a scale command.

About the FlatWorld and Luigi problems you have... The latest version is not 0.9.8, it's 0.5.994b.

Note that 0.6a will be released soon, with a level polygon importer.

Do you know anything about hacking SM64?

I'm the one who found where the level script data is and how to decode it, I found how to decode the polygon data, people that are hacking SM64 now are referring to my docs. I'm VL-Tone, and I know more about SM64 than just about everyone else on the net, from info I found myself, reverse-engineering the game.

I built from scratch the first and only Super Mario 64 level editor, that will be released in 3 days. Yeah right I got no skills..
