Has anyone noticed that the guy who posted the video is "the marsh king." Eisley gets no credit for the song ''The marsh king's daughter." It is awesome! Reminds me of my many visits to Disneyland.
DOES ANYONE KNOW THE CHORDS THEY USE FOR THIS SONG? the ones on all the web sites are wrong. they tell you to play Em, C, and D. which sound okay, but are deffinatly off. especially if you watch this video. they are playing way lower on the neck than an average "C" chord...
The first two verses are power chords, Em (rooted on 7th fret A, with fingers on 9th on the D and G), D(5,7,7),On the "Break break down" part it's a regular Em, then the notes F, G, A . You play that progession three times then you play a B7.
Second set of verses is The E Power Chord, D Power Chord, and C (3,5,5,). The part where Chauntelle (on the left) is playing alone is an Am chord strummed with single notes and an Em. That should be all the parts to the song, hope it helped.
yeah my family likes music but only my uncle is a musician and i've taught myself all i know when i barely see him. it always takes practice and patience :]
actually if you look closely on sherry and stacy's left lapel (our right) you'll see each is wearing a lapel mic. still, acoustic unplugged in a park. amazing!!!!!
i dont know about that, i think it puts alot more emphasis on their amazing vocals, harmony. Even without microphones, totally unplugged their voices are so amazing, and balanced.
Fuck they're amazing! Sherri is so badass in this.

In the second verse it's E, D, and C, but you play them as power chords with the root on the A string. For example, the E would be x799--.
I feel your pain on trying to find accurate chords for this song. Nothing personal, but Eisley fans are apparently really awful guitar players. Ha.

Hm, this one needs the drums and everything to work, I think. I don't like it very much acoustic.
