Interjohntom it's great, who cares about the noise at this time, it's the science that counts. If we had to worry about noise the Shuttle would never make it off the ground to build the ISS. It's your accomplishment that astounding. It hovers goes on water,land ,ice and snow and does everything a hover does and its big. It's a perfect project to now scale up. Cheers!
the reason i know about the noise is that i was contracted to design and develop a power system that was electric, to replace the rotax for paragliders in the UK.
that would be not allowed in most places due to the noise. even 1 0.15 engine is very loud...but you've got 2 engines!...sorry, thumbs down from me...change to electric and you're back on track.
They don't travel straight worth a shit on water do they?
Need to include a GYRO.....
Then you can get some speed out of the thing.
Next we work on flaps to slow the thing down :-)
