I'd have to disagree with "powderblush", I don't get the "black soul" vibe. I think the girl has a really good voice.

I believe any recording artist tries to add their own flavor to each song, maybe that is what "black soul" you are talking about. IMO, if you juss sing a song straight through just how it is presented, it is straight up boring. Great duet, I must say, this is one of my favorite pinkydorkette creations
