The whole purpose of Helldump was to find members of the SA forums who deserved to be mocked and to rip them apart. One of the dudes in that picture (I think Glomp Me) posted a bunch of pictures of his horrible anime club along with stories off of SA, HellDump found it, and one of them made this.
