NOOBS play oblivion before skyrim and it will all chain together for example ninroot. And also deadra stuff, just sayin theres too many cod fans that hopped over to skyrim
So thats what that strange noise is. I totally didnt know that. I thought it was like an easter egg of some sorts and that if you hear the niose there is secret stuff nearby. sigh =/
For those interested in the lore behind this apparent random outcrop of nirnroot, there is a journal you'll encounter in Blackreach (later in the main story line) where the author talks about how he bartered cultivation knowledge of nirnroot to Avrusi Sarethi for space on his farm to conduct related nirnroot research.
@Warkive the corpse you find that journal with is none other than the nirnroot guy from oblivion, the woman who owns that farm is his apprentice. People must live a long fucking time in the elderscrolls universe.
Havent found a practical use for these yet, although my riteaid loves me. literally bought 3 boxes of Tylonol since i started playing. damn things give me instant migrains
@Multi3mr3 They say it doesn't I don't knwo for sure but I hope it does I think the crimson nirnroot in the blackreach mushroom cave area to regrow I have 22 just need 8 more
@motherofgod4 Hate to break it to you pal, but I finished the alchemist's quest without even finding this place and still got a few dozen afterward and some of the alchemy vendors do 'occasionally' have some Nirnroots so there is far more than 25-30, but thanks for the location anyway.
For one of the misc quests (a woman in riften) needs u to find 20nightshade 20 nirnroot and 20 something else i cant remember. Only when u find these 60 flowers will i complete her quest.
i need red nirnroots,16 more .. any idea where to find them? They probably grows underground i found like 14 of those and i need i think 30 for some alchemy discovery whatever quest haha
@motherofgod4 dudr you know what he mans dont be a smartass, and hes right the "green" nirnroot grows back but the red ones in he dwarven ruin of blackreach dont there are only 30 red nins and infinite regular nirns
Also, I do see the quest you're talking of now, but it's a "Miscellaneous objective", 20 deathbell, 20 nightshade, and 20 nirnroot. Given Crimson Nirnroots ability to grow back I'd say nirnroot may have that, plus the guide doesn't give any definitive numbers for it, only one specific location to find it, and "Usually by riverbeds or shores". 30+ Crimson Nirns in a big cave though, I'd put the total normal nirns in the whole of skyrim wayyyy over 25, plus a possiblity of regrowth, so...hmmm
The quest is "A return to your roots" and it can only be started once you pick up a crimson nirnroot in the Dwemer citiplex of Blackreach, only able to be found during the main quest "Elder Knowledge" or Deadric quest "Discerning the transmundane" This cavern being the only place to find them, there being 30+ and they can grow back in a couple weeks, so infinite basically.
Crimson nirnroot can only be found in one place though I believe, it says so in my guide. I'm sure there are a lot more than 25 though, it's the perfect poison amplifier, I'm sure they wouldn't leave you with only 5 nirnroots and an awesome alchemy skill...I shall look up the total amount..
@boo0167 I found a really big mudcrab half my size, with the normal large one, and it's babies in a small pond, and after I killed them all, you could see a mudcrab skeleton that they were all laying around, that was twice as massive as the biggest one there. Scary stuff :(
@motherofgod4 There are definitely way more than 25 nirnroot in the game, FYI. I have 40-50 nirnroot now and I haven't even checked the area mentioned in this video.
@motherofgod4 Green are regular nirnroot, as far as the population of tamriel knows, there is no other type of nirnroot, so there's no point calling them "green".
@kennyneopets I know, they're the same as oblivion however when I was making my playthrough I kinda ate one............ but there are 30 in the whole game apparently.
@Themicke90able That's expected, unless you don't know the way YouTube works. As soon as a new game comes out, YouTubers make videos of the new game because that's what people search for.
Reasons i pick Nirinroots.
1% Because i actually want them
99% To stop the fucking noise
