  • @KILLERTHUGZSHOI4B I'm in your situation, i've been shedding fat reallyy fast. the best thing you can do is cut carbs, creating a caloric deficiency, and increasing your protein intake.

  • I'm really going to try this!! I'll reduce the number of times I'm supposed to do so and so to 25, then slowly build up so I won't hurt the living hell out of myself.. My goal is to lose 20 pounds in 2-3 months (or less?) so let's see if it "works out" with this "work out". :)

  • Damn no. Tried it. 11 Minutes, but no.. I won't do this again. Too much leg-training, too less body-training.. But yeah, great for weight-loss, and really hard.

  • @MrDaftice Unless you train your legs, you'll limit your upper body.

    Try working out for a couple of months and then try to lift 130kg with your neck (without having trained your legs). And now I don't mean to only do 1 rep , 1 set. Several reps, 5 sets.

  • @Prinoto I didn't get it.. Sorry. I train 4 times a week. Now i wanted to split it to a usual full-body train (with legs) and a explosive workout like this. 2 times the usual and 2 times the workout.

    today i figured out a self-explosive-workout and i will try it thursday - my legs still hurt like fuck since yesterday :D

  • @NitroMagnet It will however strip the fat off of you which is more than half the battle when it comes to having a "six pack"... You can have rock hard abs and still not have a "six pack" if you have any fat on your stomach.

  • Also what angle should you target when you land from a jump? I felt a bit of knee pain on occasional jumps. Is this workout safe for your knee joint in the long run?

  • holy shit I'm an average guy who isn't into fitness with a bit of a beer belly but not really overwight per se. I did the work out yesterday and I can barely walk today. I think it focuses on legs and chest a lot more than anything else. how many times per week do you recommend? Also the last exercise can I do 50 pushups and then 50 burpee jumps? it's a pain in the ass to get down on the floor after every one for an extra single push up

  • @ShatteredMercury I'm going to do this every day apart from Sunday and maybe Thursday. And I think that 50 Burpee with Push ups is better.

I did it monday evening with the intention of doing it on wednesday again..... no way my muscles are still sore even today (thursday evening) but I'm almost past it. tomorrow I'll be ready to rock and roll. Hopefully as I get stronger I'll be able to do it more than just twice a week. I'm not even that overweight, my bmi is 24.5 this would be impossible for someone severly obese

  • I always thought to join 300 club you were looking at a circuit of:

    25 wide grip chins

    50 box jumps

    50 kettle bell clean and press (25 on each arm)

    50 deadlifts

    50 press ups

    50 lying leg raises whilst holding a barbell in a bench position

    25 wide grip chins

    Weights used are obviously determined to your current strength.

    This one however looks great as an alternative to do instead of a strict cardio only day. Will try it!!

  • I do not want to sound critical..but most if not all the exercises are fine..but I personally use a 50lb weight vest and reps in the 8 to 12 range..I have gotten far better results..gained a lot more muscle mass ..and people come up to me and say "Wow!..I thought Steve Reeves died!"....;-)...the thing that is critical I have about the high rep range routine is it burns way too much energy...energy that could be used lifting heavy weight and recovering from a workout to grow..hope that helps.

  • @randyrhoads79 variation pull-ups i.e. chin ups and wide grip pull-ups. for deltoids try putting ur feet on a platform then immediately put your hands on the floor and press but use your shoulders and not your chest if you understand where i am coming from

  • You're like giving the wrong message to people who want results.... It's not about the time, it's about how you do the reps, and how focused you are... Think about the spesific muscel you're training and focus on no mor, and don't take so many reps this isn't nesescerry. If you are training abs you dont have to take like 400 sit ups every day, think about that you are training the abdominal muscels and do less reps. If you're hurting in your muscels the day after dont train those muscels again

    Im only 12, and i just started to do high intensity stuff not just the normal curls and push ups.
