Rather: "Book of the Seven Seals" He's referring to the Book of Revelations in the Bible.

If you pay attention...in the first season finale, Jax is assleep in the graveyard before Donna's burial, lying on the porch of a mausoleum with the family name of "Patmos"

The Apostle John...John the Revelator...wrote Revelations while in exile on the island of Patmos.

It is a nice example of how cool and subtle the writing for Sons of Anarchy really is.

The opening of the first four of the seven seals releases the 4 horses of the apocolypse. It's pretty interesting if you are into it. Check it out. The seven seals are mentioned in chapters 5 to 8 of Revelations.
