It's a Swedish production. The video plays on sound and visual effects to impress people, but is not descriptive of Italy. The video looks like the imaginative fantasies that the less educated Swedish masses have about Italians. They like to think Italian women are the way they appear in this video, supervised by tasteless Italian men. But this video only shows one thing, that northern europeans are quite ignorant about anything that is not in their village.
