how ya doin' Def real. I had surgery for a pylonitol cyst (Pardon the spelling) 20 years ago. The doctor removed a cyst as big as a pear from my butt. All my life I have had cystular acne, you know the big, painful blemishes on my chest, back and face. One of the times I had to get a Cortizone injection was right on the bridge of my nose.
