umm can anYone tell me if u can fix ur hori fs3 or how, because mines seem to have stop working well it works but like in the middle of a combo it would sometime stop working and repeat the last action i did so if the last thing i did was click down it would keep going down and i know for a fact turbo is not on SO PLZ HELP ME IF U CAN
so i am really getting back into fighter games since the new mortalkombat will be comin out my PERSONAL favorite series anyways
i have alwyas used controlllers how smoothly could i make the transition to this fighting stick i would be starting out on MK as well an i also have the marvel capcom 3 n shit
Hey can somebody help me? I got the SF4 TE madcatz fightsick, but i also have a retrocompatible "fat" ps3, and play some games for the PS2 on it, like Guilty Gear, and Capcom vs SNK 2, KOF, etc, and i dont know why but the madcatz arcade stick doesnt work when i want to play this PS2 games on my PS3, is there anything i could do to change it ot somebody know which arcade stick should i get? to play ps2 games on a retrocompatible ps3 D: SORRY BAD ENGLISH.
Will this work on PlayStation 2 Slim via the USB to PS2 converter to plug it in the PS2 controller port?I'd like to play my Street Fighter Alpha Anthology game and Capcom vs SNK2....
I just ordered a ps3 sf4 round 2 TE stick and yesterday I knew that the pc can't read ps3 round 2 TE sticks. Should I return it and buy a hori stick? Or keep it, but the problem is I don't know how to customize stick. Since I want to make my stick compatible to xbox 360 and pc.
@WrathOscuro Compared to the street fighter IV TE stick how are the buttons on it? I have the TE and well I want buttons exactly like those. They don't have to be exactly I guess but close.
@WrathOscuro what do you mean by mushy? I want to buy this but I need to make sure the buttons are sensative meaning I dont have to press them ALL the way in to get the attack out.
@mike9077 use the analogue sticks, i got the fightstick but what id say is the fightstick is better for charge characters but when it comes to quarter circle characters the ps3 controller is better in my opinion
So Im looking on gettin a joystick soon b4 ssf4 comes out. Whats a good durable, accurate, all around joystick in your opinion? I don't mind the money, my motto is "you get what you pay for", I just need some input cuz it seems like there's more than one joystick out there.....
how good is this stick? can i stick with this long? and is it high quality? i want a pro level stick that i use so i wont buy anymore sticks anytime soon. plz reply
After watching this video and reading some customer reviews, I decided I'd order this thing off the internet. Can't wait til it gets here, looking forward to not sucking ass at Street Fighter 4.
Excuse me i seen this for 40, can this be used for any fighting game, like tekken 6, soul calibur, king of fighters xii basicly any game?? or is it jus for street fighter 4?
It works for every game that works with a regular controller. The ps3 recognizes it as a regular controller even and then u can input what ever command you want for buttons on the stick.
LOL. Wow, a change of heart? Well, I've had the FS3 for a while, so it's too late now to say to get the HRAP. Hehe. But yeah ... I figured the HRAP3 should be better. But if I'm really desperate, I can always swap out the stick for a sanwa one. But I'm not disatisfied with the HFS3. I can see how the joystick CAN be a little lighter on the hands though. :)
Hori has a Wii Stick which plugs into the Wiimote as a classic controller. I would use it for Guilty Gear, SF on VC, Neo Geo games, Tat vs. Cap, and maybe Brawl if I'm bored
ok one more question when you say you can mod the stick i know you mean the buttons but is that a clear peice of the the face too can i put my own face in under it if it is? or is it just a sticker? ok thanx
only the 80gb and 60gb versions of the PS3 are backwards compatible with ps2 and ps1 games. so i guess you can put ur ps2 game into ur ps3 and still use the stick.
I think I was confused, it was the clear acrylic that comes with it - I think you are meant to peel it off (it came off easily anyway). My bad. But I am still looking to get my hands on the tournament edition stick.
i peeled mine off cuz i thought it was like those screen protectors plus i think it felt better when i took the plastic off. its a good stick(its the only stick available here in my country(as far as i know)
I want this stick but I can't find it anywhere without it being horribly overpriced due to lol MadCatz stock deprivation (I'm seeing these priced as if they were tournament edition sticks!). If I can actually find a store based in the UK/Europe and isn't ripping me off I'll be very lucky.
