How can having less buttons on a remote control make things simpler? The buttons would have to double up or you would need to be pressing multiple buttons or button sequences to achieve the same thing that could be done via one button on the old remote.
Las televisiones philips son las mejores. Yo tengo una LCD y es una jodida pasada. Lo del mando es un acierto. Anda que no hay mandos mega complejos, por fin se han dado cuenta, que no hace falta poner 300 botones.

I think the news from this Philips TV is the nwe design for the remote. It looks like the 70´s. That´s very nice. The 3D option is all so a very good think. I hope it will come soon.
no good if you cannot buy them without months of waiting ie without a delivery date , philips have cut out major uk retailers , so sony/ samsung /panasonic will dominate uk sales . at least until philips revises its own mistakes though they say uk market cannot afford philips premium products hence the demand ironic isn"t it ????
Ever since Philips started making their 'sensual' products, their remotes design started to suffer. Same designer? The Aurea 3 remote was the absolute pinnacle of bad design.

For Me it's always been Philips and then it's the likes of Benq, Toshiba, Sharp and others. Surprisingly, for me Sony is far down my list.

Deze nieuwe 9000 serie heeft een mooi design.
Alleen de ovale remote is een echte design misser bij deze nieuwe 9000 serie model jaar 2010.
De remote past meer bij een tv op de kinderkamer of als een extra verkrijgbare 2e remote.
Hopelijk is de kijkhoek van deze nieuwe 9000 led tv verbeterd wat de vorige serie had nog wel de nodige problemen met zijn schermen.
