  • Love it, where did they find these imbeciles. That ugly plain girl at the beginning, clearly cannot decide what is good and bad for her. As for the Indians, well, perhaps they should fuck off back to India and kill their own people.

  • what i find odd is that pre ban smokers were only 18 percent of the population now 4 years on we are at 25 percent of the population correct me if im wrong but wasnt the stringent laws no smoking in pubs work places ect there to lower smoking rates if so the bans are the biggest fail since the people of pompay said "ooh what a lovely mountain lets build a city here"

  • Adults over 18 make their own decisions about smoking. They choose not to smoke. The average age of taking up smoking is in the mid teens, as the tobacco companies know. I'ver never heard of anyone who started smoking at 25 or 40. The overwhelming majority of current smokers were once early- to mid- teenages who wanted to look grown up. Laws restricting the sale or marketing of tobacco to protect minors while allowong adults to make their own decisions.

  • Surly smoking is a good thing, it keeps the population down, we don't need to pay pensions for as long, it provides masses of cash in tax. I hate to sound insensitive but it seems to be all about meeting targets and for some reason being embarrassed at the world community because we smoke "so much" we are rational adults not sheep and can make decisions for our selves, who cares if France has a super healthy population.

  • It sounds pretty hellish in Britain these days. That is, if you enjoy freedom. If you enjoy being a mindless automation— a cog in a machine— then England's for you. The US will get there, though— just give us a few more years. They keep raising the taxes on ciggys, while cutting down on places you can smoke. No smoking in bars? Insanity!

Why do people let the governments have so much control? You need to draw a line in the sand... Sadly, it seems it will soon be too late.

  • That girl is beautiful, beautiful, beautiful! My eyes are healed after seeing her.

    Whew, my heart keeps stopping.

  • She is indeed. She's also at the cutting edge of the political campaigns that matter. Check her out at The Manifesto Club, The Modern Movement and spiked online.

  • The nanny state went too far when they forced through the smoking ban. Look whats happened, pubs and bingo halls all closing hand over fist, countless jobs lost, not to mention the domino effect on surrounding businesses.

Now theyre targeting small shops and off licenses. They don't give a toss for small businesses already struggling

Antismoking 'charities' lies, thats all they listen to. If they bring in this pointless law shops will close just like pubs have, but they will blame the recession.

  • I agree. Most people just can't follow cause and effect.

I think the anti-smoking is a red herring. The government is just using it to try to get our attention off the more serious issues. I think they want people reduced to the status of unthinking herd animals - easy to control!

  • Very well done.

We should be allowed to to whatever we want, but the government should be there to step to the rescue with our money.

I.E social security,NHS,do gooder social workers.

  • also I can't remember anyone ever saying 'all pub should ban smoking' it never once came into conversation before the politicians pushed the laws in.

  • found a place in london where anything goes!!! Smoke fags , weed or snort a line. Just no disrespect or bad behaviour eg spitting. Amazing place, still its only a matter of time before the fun police catch them.

  • Just signed the petition. Again small businesses will bear the brunt of Government social engineering. There is no question that this is ALL about denormalising smoking. After all, NO-ONE buys cigarettes just because they are visible. How many non-smokers leave a shop with a packet of Marlboro in their hands. Ridiculous. Good comments in this video.

  • Say NO to insidious tobacco funded marketing
