Gta united i belive is a german server but gta sa is avalible in english. it might be vice city but i know that united is a san andrease server. all are avalible in englsh because they are made in north america.

Are you getting an error message saying something about a V1 san andreas .exe? If so, reinstall mod and don't use the hotfix. Worked for me.

If there is a black screen and the error message 'bong' still sounds, press the 'start' key (windows logo key) and you will see the message.
