i have the same problem, i've tried everything... uninstall/reinstall/mac pro/windows ect .. i got my s4 secondhand so i dont have the warranty, and the person who i bought it from says that he never got a warranty card with the s4 and that maybe the warranty comes with the online registration? any suggestions would be really helpfull
@jimbolecat I had the same problem -- no need to be concerned about a warranty. As long as you register the unit with Native Instruments you can call them & they will approve a return for repair. However, be prepared to wait at least 2 months! I'm STILL waiting on mine to be returned
I have the same problem on a new macbook pro and traktor scratch pro 2. When I use the timecode vinyles the pitch always vibrate, and sometime the speed increase weirdly. I tested it on another audio 8 and with other turntables, it looks like coming from the soft, any suggestions?
The S4 default mapping is better then the user one and the only solution i can think off is to disable the tempo fader and select the right tempo fader as a Master tempo and slave A/B. Now we need a mapping change but the S4 mapping is set from factory, sucks.

there is no suggestions. i have same prob. i sent it to distributor again before i spoke with the native ins. support team. but i wasnt helpful. i am waiting to changing nearly 3 weeks.
maybe it will be more faster in your country. because i live in Turkey. and there is no tech support .
try erasing or unassigning the fader from the midi settings and then relearn it, well just a guess but I would try that first, it might be a faulty control, but that has fixed some similar problems for me with other controllers, it might also be that some other control is in conflict, try resinstall of software if not. my 2 cents :P

and reinstalling it or try to use the kontrol with another computer.

did you correctly re-calibrate your faders? Most faders issues are corrected usually after this process.
