@loupremo i just got one of these reflex bags at ross for 27.99 and ive been using it in my apt. i figure during normal daytime hours its good to use and i have been. i hit it a few times everytime i walk by it....no complaints yet....i really wanted a heavy bag but was worried that would be too loud for the apt. at least this gives you something to hit :D
