No need to be in the thieve's guild to sell stolen stuff! Just take it, find someplace safe to drop it, then open your console command. Click on the stolen item and make sure it says "ff" t the beginning of the string of numbers that shows. Enter /setownership . That's it. That gets rid of the 'stolen' tag and now any vender will buy it off you :3

For Daedra Hearts my go to place is Enthir, he's at the College of Winterhold. He should have 2, they respawn every 48 hours. You can also just buy the stuff you want and then save, followed by killing the dealer and then loading the save up again, this will also replenish their stock.
