1. Identify potential areas for irrigation a long the rivers or areas that can be dammed to collect storm water.
2. Collect the whole populations in the catchment of these areas and provide them with services and infrastructure. 90 million Egyptians lives a long the Nile only.
3. Buy off all the animals and dispose them off (cattle rustling is finished).
4. `The range lands left vacant be developed as wildlife reserves to promote tourism.
@siasabora Do you know that the nurse you are seeing here practices all medical specialties in this clinic? If you are pregnant, she is the Gyna, if you need c-section, she is the surgeon, if you are short in the head, she is the neurosurgeon, if you have an heart attack, she is the cardiologist etc. etc. I salute her and all those other people working in similar areas, while anyang nyongo is relaxing in Carlifornia with the best medical experts and institutions for his Chemo.
