I'm hearing the American Kestral from this, but the sound is faint and distant enough that it might not have picked up the distinctive characteristics of the call.

My first ID of Osprey, I noted that they sound somwhat similar to a "Killdeer" ..That is what I asumed I was hearing for a long time, until I saw/heard the Osprey.
