i think he's a scientologist trying to get Anonymous to agree to get PI's investigating people in Scientology. By getting anons to agree to do the same stuff the OSA does, he effectively soils Anonymous's name.

no, hubbard did actually purposefully start Scientology as a religion. He was behind the biggest domestic espionage case in American history in which he instructed Scientologists to infiltrate the FBI and IRS. Everything about Scientology today is what Hubbard meant it to be.
