i believed this video when i first saw it......but he is just wrong.
when electrical resonance is found amps are restricted and voltage flows though and goes up as pulses continue. hho production goes up as voltage goes up.
the capacitor does not break down. it charges and resonates with the inductor. when the inductor charges higher it reaches resonance with water.
Who is this man, and are there more (and more recent) lectures/articles by him?
