Before the defilers, the zerg player was just hanging on. The defilers equalised the game, but the terran players handled the defilers quite nicely. I lost track of how many were irridiated.

It was the Ultralisks that decided the game. Those ultralisk were fully upgraded, and with those upgrades their armor is so high, they make the perfect counter to marines, who can barely scratch them.

Unbelievably epic. People who haven't played SC seriously don't know how good these guys are.

The terran was so tenacious. He kept trying. Even when the momentum began to swing against him he fought on with his drop ships and science vessels.

So frustrating to watch with the defiler's cloud...there was nothing Iris could do to fight back when that happened.

it would be a actual shame in Korea to accept a rigged game... they're very sensitive about issues as such. It's more than jsut a game there its more like your real honor. I don't believe any player would sully this. Iris would probally die before accepting to lose again :P

but don't put your faith in Korean corporations 100%. if you are into the Korean BBoy scene, they had a scandal this past year.

2 of the 3 judges were from one team (they decide who represents Korea). Bboy Darkness from team Gamblers wouldn't elaborate much except to say a lot of teams didn't participate and it was a bad situation.

There is also the possibility that the two players who have made it to the finals are actually pretty even! Whoa, that tends to happen in every sports, leading most of the finals to become pretty tight.

Opportunity makes a thief, but when it comes to young adults and gaming in Korea, doing rigged games just feels even less likely than in football leagues etc. For progamers the game is life aswell as work, importance in staying legit can be even higher than in most other sports.
