Dragon Age:Origins = BEST FUCKING STORYLINE i've ever experienced in a game. Even Awakening stuck to a great storyline. DA2 was alright, but i missed playing as a warden, and there wasn't a hell of a lot to do with the darkspawn either. Hopefully part 3 will continue where 1 left off.

For being someone such as myself who's complete both Dragon Age games with all expansions(side quests,missions,etc) and logged about 600*ish hours in Skyrim would have to say that i would "prefer" Dragon games as appoint to Skyrim for one major reason. Skyrim is just a fighter with no substance. Dragon Age took the time to put in like 11 different ends that you could get along thru the game depending on your actions and etc. So i would have to say it's a better game, but i could be wrong.

@michdudeada LAL, you obviously have a weird idea of RPG my dear friend. Skyrim (at which i've been playing for about 500 hours) it is fun, well made, and awsome under many aspects. Unfortunately it has practically nothing to do with an rpg. You just go around through dungeons, kill things and do simple-based quests in which you normally have two options, often very basic. Skyrim is not an rpg, it's a hack 'n slash, plus "enjoy the stories we made up for you".

Dragon Age is quite possibly the best fantasy game I have played. It's story is not that original and the design on some of the equipment might not have been the best but the characters, their depth and your interaction with them is what made it stand out. It's good to have heroes you actually care about and find interesting.

@Imnon00b5 Malcolm's the tank, hence the sword/shield combo instead of the two-handed sword like Sten. Plus, look at the armor again. Malcolm's armor is fuller, especially on the arms. I could be wrong, but I'd say Sten is the off-tank if anything, while mostly taking on the role of melee DPS.
