  • Look up Rootbrian on here to get a look at a real meth addict and his HORRIBLE teeth. It really shows why proper dental hygiene and even a dental plan are important.

  • SMOKE WEED SNIFF COCAINE AND FUCK THE POLICE BITCH !!

  • Looks like the meth destroyed more than a few of the last guy's brain cells...

  • @niccoleleo I hope meth will be stoped.

  • HAHA, they show the 2 nasty smiles, then the bitch at 0:21 comes in...HAHA.

  • This is yet another reason why not to do Meth, and why not to abuse drugs.

  • Meth didnt do that to your teeth.

    YOU DID!

  • cause when people do meth, they're biggest worry is clearly they're teeth....

  • cannabis,ganja, green,draw, marijuana,weed.. is the best

  • don't see what the problem is, ya don't need teeth to smoke drugs but i'd be pretty pissed off if drinking too much alcohol made my lips pucker up and i could'nt ingest anything.

  • BOOOBZ

  • just do weed, duh...

  • I do meth and this is my smile :-BD :-BD ! Good work you guys ! Keep up the good work keeping chicks aways from you !

  • @doom696mented Cool sympathy, bro. You don't know the circumstances of these people's lives and what led them to make the decisions they did.

  • I am glad I do not take drugs :)

  • @MrLxmarshall

No. Meth mouth only happens because people don't drink water while tweaking and don't brush theyre teeth. They also spend all their money on meth instead of seeing a dentist.

  • smile say cheeseeeee!!!

  • PCP does the same thing.

  • i don't use meth, i wash my teeth at least 3 times a day and my mouth is a creepy mess i had to make 15 dental extractions ....

  • Don't do meth guys smoke some good old marijuana its all natural and safe to use. When smoking make sure you get it from a government license shop to sell marijuana and buy yourself a vaporizer to smoke it in because its much safer that way. Requirements is a job, places in California, and money to buy a $600 vaporizer which isn't that expensive if you have a job.

  • O_O *BRUSH**BRUSH**BRUSH**BRUSH**BRUSH**BRUSH**BRUSH**BRUSH**BRUSH**BRUSH**BRUSH**BRUSH**BRUSH**BRUSH**BRUSH**BRUSH**BRUSH*

  • as someone forced to take ADHD meds, I know this feeling...

  • @MrSpemat those are quite different though...

  • THANK GOD THERE'S NO METH IN BRAZIL \o/

  • @frauleinjen00 man theres meth there u just dont know where is at

  • thank you paul murphy for that charismatic point of view

  • I know a guy who just a few years ago typed 90 wpm and was paid over 20 dollars an hour to do it. Now, he's toothless, his face looks like baboon ass, his ankles swell to four times their normal size and he hasn't taken a shit in a month. He was busted at work and lost that job and now he's just a sad parody of who he once was. We should consider meth experimentation to be suicide and dispatch those who choose to do it accordingly. Think of the money we would save by killing off prison inmates.

  • To execute meth users is to show them mercy.

  • Is Kathleen Roth a meth addict? Dang she's skinny. lol

  • "Look what meth has did to my mouth [and my English]"

  • a friend of mine considered trying meth...he saw this n changed his mind

  • "look what meth has did to my mouth"

  • What kind of nation that has little to no concern about our youth I believe the manufacturers of key meth ingredients should hold some liability and or responcibility to change the current system an only allow those wth a doctors prescription to recieve psudo effedrine products../ Its the common household items thier manufacturing that are winding up as meth in our own back yards

  • GEEK STINK BREATH!!!

  • WHOA!!! lol 0:21 ,its Judge Judy!!!!

  • Fro

  • I feel sad for america people dieing everday frl

  • Enjoy your meth, losers.

  • the people who say they are purely recreational users--i challenge them to tell me that 6 months later, or a year later; other drugs ruin the teeth as well but meth seems to destroy the smile faster than others.

  • my teeth will never look like that from meth i brush alot bitch

  • @460Rowland go brush your lungs aswell, you idiot

  • @kiomn it was a joke dumbass ive never even seen meth

  • oh so if I eat right and brush my teeth I can do all the meth I want all right

  • haha yea that woman definitely didn't say that right...

  • so basically if you do meth but manage to keep your mouth 'moist' (not dry), stay away from fizzy sugary drinks, floss and brush, its all okay.

    lol

they need to just say that they dont know why meth corrodes teeth (battery acid ?) but it just does!

  • @anomalous6

Is that the explanation they give for a completely aged appearance as well? Looking like an old woman 30+ years older at times? You are feeding all of your cells battery acid, etc and they think saliva + sugar is the problem! LOL

  • is loosing a tooth the thing??? how about loosing your brain ? oh i did forget that people in u.s. do think with their teeth.

  • Hey Joel, what drug are you on now that would make you write 50 comments about meth and it's effects? Cut back, buddy. I'm just sayin'. ;-)

  • true dat hes probably a tweaker too. lol

  • @9mastodons yup good one

  • @9mastodons I like to smoke and snort meth on weekend binges, but i can say that my teeth are in great shape so far, but i still take good care of them and go to the ortho too, so idk. but im still a good christian and Jesus is number one always. it just adds to the concentration and accomplishment of goals, which i have a lot of them.

  • easily broken teeth to gum line is also CDD aka calcium defiancy disorder... which is what i have...

  • joelvtx..........I am a dentist. What are you? You have no idea what you are talking about. Saliva is essential to a healthy mouth and Meth as well as other drugs such as cold and flu tabs, plus Lithium which is prescribed for BiPolar Disorder, tend to halt saliva production. I have worked on many Psyche patients whose mouths are just as bad as these Meth addicts, and I can assure you that many of these people are obsessively clean.

  • @kisskisscake

Why exactly do drugs like this halt saliva production? The people who inject it have a perfectly great mouth.

Saliva deprivation might be one aspect and it may actually be quite insignificant compared to the corrosive components of the drug. Having teeth fall out and be destroyed over decades is quite different than having it happen in months or less that a couple years of usage. It's much more than just saliva retardation.

  • Dude these bitches look like they got hit... But why do meth anyway what does it do to ur mind....

  • Isn't it worse for people who smoke it?

  • THAT DUDE WAS 37....WOW.. HE LOOK 57

  • And this completely untrue fact helped get marijuana illegal. "Marijuana makes white women more likely to have sex with black, Filippino, and Latino men." Heroin is also very addictive physically, and psychologically, although it's not near as impairing as alcohol and long term use does not result in organ damage or cancer, unlike cigarettes and alcohol. This is assuming the user is not injecting. And it's nearly impossible to overdose on shrooms or LSD =] Research people. Research.

  • so your saying meth isn't bad? people joelvtx is a fucking moron

  • The post you responded to was not talking about methamphetamine dumbass. And I never said meth isn't bad. I just was saying that the reasons some people suffer from problems such as meth mouth is because they aren't aware of the science of why it happens. It isn't directly because of meth. It's mostly because meth makes your mouth dry, and during that time period, those people drink a ton of soda instead of milk and water. Simply doing that would get rid of half the problem.

  • yes very trought, but heroin is a 1 hit love drug and it does fuck you up mentally and you can OD pretty easily. LSD is very dangerous to because you can get a first hit psychose (small percentage of people are hypersensitive to the drug). what are you studying? i am a 1e master pharmacist. cheerz

  • Oh I see this guy is the legal drug pusher. Here take this happy pill, one a day for the rest of your life and it will cure all your probelms.

  • Bullshit!! how dumb are you? This problem isn't because people didn't brush their teeth after drinking soda, or even drinking a ton of soda. It's directly due to meth use, hellooooooo!!

  • Is lying for the sake of 'good' really better than being honest about everything? Seriously? This is why we're in Iraq. The original laws that made drugs, especially marijuana, opium, and cocaine(especially crack), were exceptionally racist. The making of opium was very racist to the Chinese, and the law makers weren't concerned about strong alcoholic drinks containing morphine and codeine(the main alkaloids in opium), simply because it was more of a white thing, while the chinese smoked opium.

  • I don't do drugs. My friends who do them are okay though as far as I know. It's all up to the person. I know more people who steal for alcohol than steal for cocaine. I'm not saying drugs are good. I'm saying prohibition is bad. Big difference. And I'm also saying that there is a lot of propaganda for ALL illegal drugs. Yes, most of them are bad, but a lot of things are exaggerated. It's similar to saying menthol cigarettes crystalize your lungs, but they really don't. It's propaganda. Lies.

  • I'm saying it's retarded to make up lies about them and exaggerate the bad side and make it sound like it's going to happen to everybody who uses them, when it would be more accurate to say it's a risk that could happen if one is abusing them very heavily, not taking care of themselves (hygiene wise), and not recognizing their own physical and mental limits.

  • wow..so its ok to use drugs as long as you brush your teeth. hmmm..Sounds like you haven't hit rock bottom yet. Most people who do meth dont take care of themselves or anything else. Drugs are not good period. If you took care of yours mentally and physically you wouldnt need drugs. If you weren't doing drugs yourself you wouldn't find it good that your friends do it.

  • Because their heart rate and blood pressure are monitored on them. Plus, they aren't staying up for days on end and spending their money on drugs instead of food.

Some people have self control, other's don't. And no, I'm not saying it's wise to do drugs.

  • I personally believe all drugs should be legal and that's my opinion. Look up an organization called LEAP. It was an organization started by police officers for the purpose of informing people of the real facts on drug prohibition.

And btw. Methamphetamine has medical uses for ADHD, as do dextro and levo- amphetamines. The people who use these drugs as prescribed don't have these problems.

  • They are okay if you're not doing them on a daily basis and you understand basic dental chemistry. Maybe you guys are the misinformed ones.

Yes. It's not a good idea to do drugs. But there is a lot of over exaggerated propaganda about most of them. Especially marijuana.

Even opiates don't cause damage to the brain or major organs unlike alcohol. Do some research.

  • joelvtx u sir r a retard lmao. ur friends do coke n meth yet they take care of themselfs? haha u absolute retard.

  • Yes, you see, there are responsible drug users out there.

Just think, you have 2 twin brothers. They go to a bar. 1 gets plastered and wants to fight everyone, grabs some chick's boobs and pukes all over. The other one just sits in the corner, politely chatting with a friend. Who do you notice?

I'm gonna guess you notice the fucked up one, because he makes himself noticed by being unusual.

  • there is no such thing as an responsible meth or heroin user.. lsd and amfetamines are to mush to. the rest seems to be usable in small amounts if you have some kind of a backbone.

  • I used to share your logic but the majority of meth users are not responsible. This drug may not have a physical addiction but the mental addiction is insane. I can speak from experience. I have a few people in my life who have addictions. Two with meth, three with alcohol, and one with oxycontin. Sure there may be a user who is in control and acts responsible. There are always strange exceptions to the rule. They are just few and far between.

  • How about you just shoot the junkies. All they do is serve as a burden on society

  • get the fuck out of that place man!

  • People who do meth have dry mouths and clench their teeth a lot. That's it. If they simply avoided sugar completely while their mouths were so dry and brushed their teeth, they wouldn't have such problems. I know a lot of people who do meth and coke and don't have teeth like that because they aren't morons and take care of themselves.

  • wow. no disrespect but please don't misinform others. The way you're speaking makes it sound like drugs are completely ok and you can still be in control even after doing them. stop f***ing screwing with people's lives.

  • Wow man!, your level of ignorance is appaling. I can't believe you think sugar is the problem here. Have u seen the other meth videos? If you have and you think your meth friends are going to be ok you're out of your mind. Unless you are a user yourself and in denial about what you're future holds? quite frankly why would someone who claims they don't use drugs, like you- hang out with meth heads? " they aren't morons and take care of themselves" so they won't lose their teeth? Sure, lol

  • Meth has two modes of destroying teeth. Lack of saliva and tooth grinding. Both are preventable and indirect causes of severe tooth loss over a short period of time.

Why don't you use a little science instead of fucking listening to the effects of something without understanding how they happen?

I'm NOT saying meth is GOOD. And most of my friends AREN'T meth heads. But I know a lot of people who have done it and a couple people who do it. Most of them have okay teeth. But they also don't

  • drink soda every damn day. I'm 19 and I already have a couple cavities from that. NOT meth. But I can certainly imagine that if my mouth was too dry for saliva to replace calcium in my teeth, if I grinded my teeth because of the anxiety the drug causes(again both directly and INDIRECTLY from lack of sleep), I would probably have shitty teeth. Let me re-elaborate for you. Meth makes you grind your teeth. That's bad for them. Each time you chew, it's 100 pounds of pressure on your teeth.

  • But that isn't going to cause all of the cavities and fucked up as hell images you see in these videos. That would make for brittle and cracked teeth. That's it. So what causes the actual cavities? Sugars promoting the growth of micro organisms which create acids in the mouth, removing calcium from the teeth. Brushing properly and not consuming foods with added sugar and drinking more milk would reduce these problems or slow them down severely. End of fucking story.Yes, meth will increase

  • the speed at which you damage your teeth. But it's the same damn effect that would happen if your body didn't produce much spit and you drank soda all the time. Meaning. Meth doesn't just go in your teeth and destroy them. Vaporizing meth is a terrible idea for oral health. But fuck. Cavities were NOT even common until Coca-Cola was invented! OMFG!? Am I serious? YES! Gum disease was the main dental issue people suffered from. Only those who could afford sweets on a regular basis suffered from

  • cavities historically. Gum disease was rampant though.

Those people in that video alllll HADDDDDD to have taken poor care of their teeth for them to become THAT bad. You really do not understand science. Think for yourself, don't let government propaganda do ALL the thinking for you now. It's gotten to the point where it's one of those "exaggerating the truth is okay if it accomplishes, what in my opinion, is for the better" deals. Believe what you want. And thanks for noting how much I support

  • and do meth. I was extremely sarcastic btw. I'm a very logical person and I like to pretend every teacher and government official lies to me about everything at least a little bit, whether they're aware of it or not, and I try to find information out myself. And unless you're a very religious person who is not allowed to have any science in their life, maybe you should grab a chemistry book. Or 'How to Reason for Dummies.'

  • @joelvtx

You are only 19.. what do you know about years of meth use? Likely nada. I drink tons of sodas and brush once a day... guess what I've for years and never lost a tooth because of it... sure I had a lot of cavaties, but my teeth didn't start to decompose before my very eyes!

  • well its their own fault thats not a desease just drug addiction

    i dont pity them

  • Holy Crap, Seriously this made me want to puke. Its horrible, and to think my sister did this crap. Luckily she quit, before this happened to her.

  • no--look what you did to your mouth

  • i almost take that meth

but i see video about that effect i'm off

    thank you tube

  • nabilfaizi, you are welcome!

  • thank you , very much

    wish you happy always

  • @nabilfaizi it looks like a verry fun drug but the worst affects i've ever seen on people peal their skin ,hallucinate and rotten teeth yuk in a short period of time too just bcuz it looks good does not mean is good stay strong there is always somebody trying to encourage

  • ppl who do meth should kill themselves....now

  • I thought 3 out of 5 dentists recommend Meth

  • Fuck that sucks

  • Dope is for Dopes! It's all bad shit, fucks you up big time.

  • I think I have a horrible mouth like that but I don't smoke anything but Hookah.

  • holy shiz that is some grossness right there! happy holidays!

  • Number one. "Look what Meth has did to my mouth." 0:16

The doctor said it clearly! The drug itself doesn't cause tooth decay. Dry mouth + dehydration + people who drink a ton of soda + people who are too spun to brush their teeth. Grinding/gritting teeth can be fixed with a pacifier, something ravers are familiar with.

I don't condone the drug use, I'm just saying a lot of people misunderstand the whole "meth mouth" thing.

  • i have done it for ten years and i was very good about brushing and flossing and escaped the drug with lowered gumline and minimal damage in comparison. my teath are now better and with help from a family dentist all decay has been stopped and no one can ever tell i ever did the drug except maybe a dentist

  • Damn. I feel sorry for them. I blame the parents.

  • I blame their toothbrushes. Useless mongrel toothbrushes!!!! GRRRRR!!!

  • mw too

  • mmm nice. you won't see that with pot heads. Does the guy at 145 have a charles manson tattoo on his right arm?

  • camelhopper, February 6, 2008: A study published in the Journal of the American Medical Association claims that smoking marijuana may put a person at a greater risk of gum disease that could eventually lead to loss of teeth. Smoking marijuana, much like smoking tobacco, can have a direct correlation to dental hygiene, says the report.

  • "MAY put a person at greater risk of gum disease." I think MAY is the key word here. Reality is that you don't see it happening very often if at all. And if my teeth fall out at 70 i could really care less. Thats what dentures are for.

  • The tattoo might be of Che Guevara, or a young Manson with a gun. Hard drug users spend plenty of money on their habits, yet their tatts and body-modifications are generally amateurish.

I brought up the New Zealand study because it was comprehensive (900 people followed from birth), taking tobacco use into account. NZ has the highest rate of adult cannabis use in the developed world; it also has the highest percentage of adolescent meth users, not sure if that was also a variable.

  • Intresting... I assume regular smoking is the same.

  • @rosaryfilms Thank you for having a sensible head!

  • @camelhopper it looks like it wow

  • It doesn't take long for the acid to wear away at the enamel.

There is far more widely used illegal drug which has been found to contribute to periodontal disease: watch?v=-RG-uzeKeeY (although "marijuana mouth" is not likely to become a catchphrase anytime soon).

  • Bulimia = acid and wears away the enamel.
