Comparing the MiG-29 with the F-16, the MiG-29 will score a bit more than the F-16. Given the fact the F-16 lacks the Thrust Vectoring Nozzles, whereas the MiGs has it. Also the Mig is a twin engine bird, whereas the F-16 is a single engine one, therefore a lower thrust and a shorter ferry range, also the MiG has a higher speed of more than 2 Machs, which the F-16 cannot reach, there are several other points where the Russians have beat the US, here.

Plenty of pilots have gone up without g-suits. The Blue Angels didn't use them for the longest time and alot of the earlier pilots never used them. A belly full of alcohol works just as good as a G suit as it thins the blood and reduces the chance of passing out.

FYI the real Migs do not look like this.
