Nice filming, good vdo.I like flying low too . be sure to be facing wind at least and have your legs absorb the schock.

You are a very good pilot.If or when the motor quits at low altitude, even a good pilot does not have time to recuperate before touching ground or woese in water. you have 3 or 4 belts to disengage before falling into water.

@explorateurdesairs Hi Canada! You are right, this is dangerous and I do not do it regularly. I think this creek isn't deep, although I haven't tried it yet :-) So far I had 3 engine outs, and it never came suddenly, there were always suspicious noises or smaller power losses first, even when I lost my fuel tank! :-) So probably there is always enough time to navigate away from above smaller creeks, before the engine dies. Of course the devil never sleeps, and I have an Agama water rescue system

Hi, Yes the engine normally gives you warning calls before stalling.

I also had 3 power losses mainly due to carburetor maladjustments and they gave me warnings before . That creek seemed almost friendly !

And the Agama water rescue permits you to overfly large water sections without danger. I have seen your other vdo's theyre excellent and interesting.

but , more throttle you go up, less throttle you go slowly down as all paragliders do.

Some pilots stop the motor 100 ft before landing. personnaly I land with the motor on.

hi, this is an old Panasonic MiniDV camera. You can get much better quality with new HD cameras, like GoPro and similar. Do a google search for HD camera paragliding
