  • 5 shots per second every three seconds. Shutter speed was roughly 1/320th sec. Varied because I shot in aperture priority and f/13 was constant.

  • what was your shutter speed? and how often did you take photos

  • Nice shot! Great cirrus activity and color saturation. Interesting colors, too... green water and deep blue sky above, with more powder blue down lower... Is this polarized or filtered at all?

  • not filtered. it's a photographic process called High Dynamic Range (HDR).

    this is the software i used to process each set. each set is made from 5 original shots. ended up with 560 HDR images which i then strung together in quicktime.

  • Ahhh... Thanks for the info. =) I've done a little research on HDR, and if I could find a decent freeware (or low-cost) app to batch-process bracketed shot groups in numerical sequence, I'd probably start playing with it a bit. I've been using under-exposure and contrast methods for most of my sequences since I started. I'll check out that site - thanks again!
