  • is that white thing you use to mix the ingredients in the wok rice paddle? it looks plastic.. pls be careful as the plastic should not be used when we are handling with heat right?

  • @kickmyask82

    HI

It's not really plastic, it can be used for hot contents...it came with my rice cooker.

  • @MonyMG1959

    Namaste...Happy new year...

  • Hi, I am Chinese. Indo-chinese food and Chinese dishes are different. They both are obviously influenced by the culture & ingredients available in their homeland.

We use preferable "leftover" or "over-night" rice or boiled/steamed rice that have been cooled down hours ago. We do not add noodles, vinegar, sesame oil, olive oil, beans, ginger paste etc.

It would have been better if you had changed the title to something of your own fried rice.

  • Wheres the "Can I use dog meat" comment?! I'm here because of 9gag. Brace Yourselves. The 9gag army is coming.

  • thanks

  • @Codeblauananas

    HI

    You most welcome...enjoy!

  • Manchurian is one of the most offensive words you can use about China. It evokes a time of occupation, rape and murder.

Would you call German food "Nazi"?

  • @liuzhou

I did not revolve the word Manchurian...so sorry!

  • Chinese? No way. For a start, Chinese people don't cook with olive oil. And the chances of finding frozen peas in China is slim. And no one would add noodles AND rice. One or the other. Do you actually know anything about Chinese food?

  • @liuzhou

THis is not chinese but Indo-chinese. Chinese cuisine adopted by Indians....

  • @Prawntoastyum do you eat dogs?

  • @songrada1 he probably meant sausage . . . .heheheheh but thats hilarious!!!!!

  • @Prawntoastyum lol dog meat @_@

    Thanks for your respond .

  • @Curiousquest2

    Hi

    You most welcome anytime...

  • @Curiousquest2

    HI

    Yes.

  • Very nice. I just made a version, using peas, carrots, and broccoli. How long should I drain the rice before adding? It was a little too sticky this time around.

  • @kromen10

    Hi

    you mean after cooking

  • @SuperVeggieDelight Yes. I had finished the basmati rice in the steamer and ran the cold water over it and let it sit in the strainer before adding it to the wok.

  • @kromen10

    Hi

if that happens, you can spread out your rice in big tray after draining water to make it seperate...and use long grain for better result if you are not good at cooking Basmati rice.

  • @kromen10

    Hi

if that happens, you can spread out your rice in big tray after draining water to make it seperate...and use long grain for better result if you are not good at cooking Basmati rice.

  • I bet it smells amazing.

  • @globalgoblin

Not just smell amazing, I also love the great taste of it...enjoy!

  • Its a good recipe. Similar to the ones we get in Indian restaurants. I added broccoli & cabbage, it tastes good

  • @asianlite6

    Hi

    Very glad to hear this...enjoy!

  • I am Chinese and this is not Chinese food at all....

  • @my928

    Hello

    This is indo-chinese...

  • Way to much work.

  • @Metalunique

    Hi

This is very simple , healthy and fun recipe for me...enjoy!

  • @SuperVeggieDelight I'm definitely gonna give it a try though. Thanx for sharing! It's people like you that are showing me how to cook.

  • @Metalunique

    Hi

Once you start cooking, everything will be fun and easy...in the begining, many tasks looks tedious and impossible but let me tell you one thing, all you need to do is just start, no matter what, and everything else will fall in place. I never think whether things will work for me or not, I just start and I have noticed that I got success most of the time...so be positive and enjoy!

  • @Metalunique Some times the work is very rewarding :D

  • @Tobifanboy

    Hi

Thanx for explaing in just one line...you are absolutely right...

  • I know about 'Ajino motto' 10years back or more. Where does it originate from?.

  • Good version. I still use MSG because it's better than fried garlic or soy sauce with brown sugar. Honey with rice wine vinegar is complicated for me.

    Mariana Erwin

  • @89990000

    HI

Most restaurants even use msg but people don't realize it when they eat at restaurants...

  • wht ever u guys say..i dun care coz i like the recipe as it is. its awesome coz i am commenting after trying it last night. u rock

  • @rehanasadique

    Hi

Thanx for coming back to share...glad to hear that you had happy eating last night...enjoy!

  • @SuperVeggieDelight yeh becoz i liked the recipe and its my pleasure to share :)

  • @rehanasadique

    Hi

    Thanx again...enjoy!

  • spash a rific

  • do not use ajinomoto

  • @right2left2

    Hi

    I do not use anymore...enjoy!

  • say lame- gaayO lang lamas

  • This is not chinese cooking??..fail!!

  • @MELHUYNH

    Hi

This is not chinese. It is Indian style chinese known as fusion-indo chinese....enjoy!

  • @SuperVeggieDelight I wonder if people take the time to read the title. Very clear it is a fusion recipe! Thanks for posting!!

  • avoid using monosodium glutamate at all costs!! Sure, it makes a difference to the taste and flavour of the dish but is also a lethal condiment which is bad for your health! If you use this, you wil find yourself reaching for cups of water after an hour or so due to the high salt content, this stuff is banned from chinese kitchens and rightly so..you dont need msg to enhance the flavour, try using fried garlic or soy sauce mixed with brown sugar and honey with rice wine vinegar

  • @cioupty

    Hi

Thanx for sharing all these...I don't use these days msg and if you watch my recent video, I made fried rice without msg...enjoy!

  • @cioupty but I use Msg all the time thats how you get the real chinese flavor. what can you possibly subsitute it with????

  • @cioupty

If I create a Chinese restaurant I would use MSG on the dishes. Those alternatives don't match MSG. Plus, MSG is not junk.

    Mariana Erwin

  • this isn´t chinese rise . . . this is most kind like a chinese japanese rise mix . . .

  • @zyonero

    HI

This is Indo-Chinese fusion rice recipe...enjoy!

  • what is the Aajio-motto? what is it used for and where can you buy it? thank you, liked your video, nice

  • @superk734

    You can omit...

  • @superk734 Ajinomoto is a signature product of Monosodium Glutamate (MSG).

  • @MsDonaliza thank you so much,

  • @superk734 Its Chinese salt also known as Monosodium Glutamate. You can buy it at any Asian grocery store or Asian/International sections of any chain grocery stores. It supposed to enhance the food taste. Its makes a heck of a difference in how your food tastes.

  • @BinteNaeem thanks so much, about how much did you use in this recipe? Is the chinese salt the same as the american seasoning "Accent"

  • @superk734 You are welcome. Not sure about the quantity since I am not the one who uploaded this video. Maybe the uploader can answer that one for you & yes it is the same thing as the seasoning "Accent"

  • @superk734

    HI

Aaji-no-motto, add only pinch for big pan. Little goes long...

  • Presentation is boring...

  • @missrevolt21

    HI

old videos are little boring, I have posted new video of fried rice, you will sure love it...enjoy!

  • Love your fried rice and all your cooking videos, just wondering, can the cooked fried rice be frozen for next few days meals?

  • @Darinka53

    Hi

You can freeze rice but I noticed that it doesn't taste as good as freshly cooked rice...

  • Food looks great. But what is that annoying click-click between each shot. And can't hear what you are saying because the frying is SO loud. Move the microphone back from the pan some please.

  • @shenue

    Hi

I understand old videos are low quality and I have improved all these in recent videos....Thaxn

  • Food looks great. But what is that annoying click-click between each shot.

  • super, only a little advise , as a movie maker, dont show things, like masala, in very tight close up, it looks like a horror movie. and dont worry about speaking in american accent, it confuses , and desi accent and american cannot go together

  • @srikharrypotter

    Hi

Most of the advice is taken care in recent videos....hope you watch them. As far as accent, if my accent sounds fake, how long one can speak fake?
