@catherine42698 I agree that the ending was amazing and that they shouldn't make another season but I don't exactly agree with you when you said Lelouch died. There are a lot of debates going on as to whether he really died. There were parts in the ending, see, where they showed hints that he's alive. It is quite confusing. There's no way for us to know if he actually died or not. But I think this is what made the ending more beautiful.

Rolo is one of the most interesting characters of code geass. I hated him for killing shirley, but it the end I was sad for him. Although Lelouch finally let him die happy.

can't say in words how epic code geass actually is since there isn't really a word strong enough for it. I always do wonder how people manage to think that Lelouch is lame and that suzaku is much better. other than suzaku's only redeeming action of helping Lelouch carry out the last part of the Zero Requiem, he's pretty much a damned annoying character who betrays friends to fulfill his own dreams (not saying Lelouch didn't betray friends but at least he tried to protect people he cared about).
All the Main characters that died were buried: Shirley and Rolo. The characters that only were apparently dead like Cornelia and Jeremiah, were actually alive, lelouch wasnt buried, so his death is not confirmed.
@darkzro11 The whole point of Zero Requiem is that all the hate that was focused on Lelouch would die with Lelouch when he died. His death a also morally needed, His Death needed to be both the last death in his conquest and was the key to the recreation of the new world. With all the hate gone, people focused completely on each other to get along and create a new world for everyone.

@Assassin7G3 What I was theorising on is like this: THE GEASS IS RETAINED TILL THE CODE IS ACTUALLY ACTIVATED. Lelouch got the Code from Charles. But SINCE HE DID NOT DIE, his Code wasn't activated and he retained his Geass. However, as soon as ZERO/SUZAKU KILLED HIM, his CODE WAS ACTIVATED. If it works like that, it'd fit. Not that I care much. I also think that Lelouch's death would make it more Poetic and kinda wipe out his previous actions.
@Assassin7G3 The nun probably killed herself, there was a pool of blood around her head in the scene where it showed her dead. V2 had multiple wounds when Charles took his code, so he probably bled out. And if Lelouch did take his father's code it was right before or when Lelouch caused the emperor to disintegrate. I dont remember there being anything said about immortals dieing automatically as a result of passing on the code, but there wasnt anything said denying this either so meh.
@darkzro11 also, remember that he killed Euphemia and Rolo and Shirley were killed because of him? He held himself guilty for all of that. He WANTED to repent. SO maybe its not as ridiculous as it sounds at first. Besides, it certainly would be very noble and befitting the Protagnist, especially after he was portrayed going a little bit psychotic just before. There's such a thing as a fitting end. If he was alive, he'd still be hated by some people. Its better to kill him off for the Anime.

I never liked Rolo. I prefered Shirley in the series but I loved the way she died, it created this epic scene of Lelouch crying, I love it when artists kill their most beloved characters in order to give the media more depth.
I really love it when the Protagonists Dies in the end...Death really is a sweet thing cause it gives the feeling of conclusion or perfection in a story.

can't say in words how epic code geass actually is since there isn't really a word strong enough for it. I always do wonder how people manage to think that Lelouch is lame and that suzaku is much better. other than suzaku's only redeeming action of helping Lelouch carry out the last part of the Zero Requiem, he's pretty much a damned annoying character who betrays friends to fulfill his own dreams (not saying Lelouch didn't betray friends but at least he tried to protect people he cared about).

All the Main characters that died were buried: Shirley and Rolo. The characters that only were apparently dead like Cornelia and Jeremiah, were actually alive, lelouch wasnt buried, so his death is not confirmed.

@darkzro11 The whole point of Zero Requiem is that all the hate that was focused on Lelouch would die with Lelouch when he died. His death a also morally needed, His Death needed to be both the last death in his conquest and was the key to the recreation of the new world. With all the hate gone, people focused completely on each other to get along and create a new world for everyone.

@Assassin7G3 What I was theorising on is like this: THE GEASS IS RETAINED TILL THE CODE IS ACTUALLY ACTIVATED. Lelouch got the Code from Charles. But SINCE HE DID NOT DIE, his Code wasn't activated and he retained his Geass. However, as soon as ZERO/SUZAKU KILLED HIM, his CODE WAS ACTIVATED. If it works like that, it'd fit. Not that I care much. I also think that Lelouch's death would make it more Poetic and kinda wipe out his previous actions.

@Assassin7G3 The nun probably killed herself, there was a pool of blood around her head in the scene where it showed her dead. V2 had multiple wounds when Charles took his code, so he probably bled out. And if Lelouch did take his father's code it was right before or when Lelouch caused the emperor to disintegrate. I dont remember there being anything said about immortals dieing automatically as a result of passing on the code, but there wasnt anything said denying this either so meh.

SO maybe its not as ridiculous as it sounds at first. Besides, it certainly would be very noble and befitting the Protagnist, especially after he was portrayed going a little bit psychotic just before. There's such a thing as a fitting end. If he was alive, he'd still be hated by some people. Its better to kill him off for the Anime.

I never liked Rolo. I prefered Shirley in the series but I loved the way she died, it created this epic scene of Lelouch crying, I love it when artists kill their most beloved characters in order to give the media more depth.
