Hi, after watching your video about this little heli, I really love it and just bought it. After I have charged the battery, test first fly and I crasshed it to the tree and drop to the grass. Now the heli will not lift up even I throdle all the way up. Can you help since most peole said this heli can take multiple crashes? But I only had one and now it does not fly.

just got my Genius , very dissapointed. To start with,,, the canopy wont fit without cutting around the landing gear ant the battery keeps falling out. Putting canopy on is a pain. Battery looks like it was made in China 20yrs ago. Tail fin broke on my 4rth flight. Trim is waaaaay of,,,, swash need adjusting (hope thats the case). tail wont hold very well. I cant believe Walkera expects to beat the MCPX with this!

@salessa1 this one can't beat mcpx, i have told this many cuz this one has a bad tail lock. that is why walkera made it more durable to compensate bad 3D performance. mcpx is way more stable when doing 3D

whats the difference with this one have a 6 axis gyro and a heli like walkera v450 having a 3 axis gyo? is this one easier to fly then your v450 which i like..would this be a good first cp heli to learn and if so would the v450 be easy to fly after i learned with this one...thanks for great reviews!

Looks like a nice heli, but still I will never ever buy a walkera product again. Had the 4g3 and 4g6 and they just sucked. And now I need a new Tx for this heli? Nah, I´ll stick with the Blade mcp x, it flies really well, is as durable as this genius thingy and I can just use my Spectrum DX6i.

Hows it going alishanmao I was wondering what settings for stunt mode you are using on the genius cp. I just picked one up with the devo 8 and im trying to get it set up rite. Would you know how long the motors will last before they get burnt out or do they ever get burnt out ?

I like the genius cp for its size and safeness in the house but would like to consider V100BL version so that I won't need to upgrade later (however the BL version would break right ?)

since it durable is it okay to go from a coaxial 3 ch like S107G to this if you're getting into the hobby? or is it better to buy a 4ch single rotor like Blade mSR or SR or Solo pro for now?

@archedperson I do not think so. after flying 3 Channel Crappy toys, one has to start from 0 again if you wanna start the RC Helicopter hobby for good. so you will have to start from 0 again using a Coaxial or single rotor FP 4 channel

@archedperson eact to there own, some like to progress slowly, i like to progress fast so went from syma $40 3 ch to an mcpx from eflite with much success BUT, A LOT of sim time to compensate. i guess it really depends on your level of patience as well as spending power, lol

yeah, six channel... looks quite durable but this bird looks very twitchy to fly... @alishanmao can you try to fly nice and tight figure eight? upright and inverted, just do it slowly... you are flipping the bird too fast...

@ROYROYROYROY123 its good to practice flying and get your orientation straighten out specially inverted flying and inverted circles etc. cuz you do not have to worry about crashes, do not worry about bad weather or raining cuz you can fly it in a big room

@Eldonyee well of course if you take your time tweaking every bit of Rx and radio settings you can make it do things. we were flying on total stock settings given in user manual except that i increased the Aile / Elev extension to full :D
