Jonathan certainly makes it look easy! OF course it isn't, but the good news is that he's figured out how to teach and coach so that you actually understand what makes it work. I'll never be that graceful, but he has made a huge difference in helping connect the mental and the physical elements so that mere mortals can see, think and feel the right things when they are trying to emulate him.
